Insurance Support Specialist

As an Insurance Support Specialist, you will assist clients with inquiries, account management, and service-related concerns regarding insurance policies and products. You will provide accurate product details, update customer records, and deliver a positive, high-quality customer experience in every interaction.

Salary Package: Up to ₱23,000 package + performance incentives

Work Setup:

• Onsite at Manila | Cubao, Quezon City

(Shifting and Graveyard schedules)

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and concerns regarding insurance products and services through primary support channels.
• Assist customers with account management, policy inquiries, and service updates accurately and efficiently.
• Document customer interactions, update account records, and maintain quality standards while delivering a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate.
• At least 6 months of BPO experience OR 6 months CFE / adapter experience (required for car insurance / insurance accounts).
• Good English communication skills.
• Willingness to work onsite on shifting and graveyard schedules.
