As a Client Experience Representative, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding support by assisting customers with their inquiries, providing effective solutions, and managing account updates. You will address customer concerns professionally, maintain high quality standards, and create positive, memorable experiences across every interaction.

Salary Package: Up to ₱21,650 total package + performance incentives

Work Setup:

• Onsite in Cagayan de Oro

(Shifting and Night Shift schedules)

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries, process requests, and handle account updates accurately and efficiently.
• Provide accurate information and effective solutions to resolve customer concerns professionally.
• Maintain a positive customer experience while meeting target quality and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate.
• Open to candidates with or without prior BPO or work experience.
• Good English communication skills with a customer-service-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and work onsite in Cagayan de Oro on night/shifting schedules.
