As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you will manage end-to-end recruitment operations across clinical, leadership, technical, and volume hiring needs. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to align on candidate requirements, maintain an organized recruitment pipeline, and ensure a smooth, high-impact candidate experience from sourcing through onboarding.

Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for clinicians, specialized/leadership roles, technical positions, and volume hiring needs.
- Collaborate directly with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, set recruitment timelines, and provide regular pipeline updates.
- Source, screen, endorse, and schedule candidates for interviews while ensuring all candidates meet necessary qualifications and professional licenses.
- Support candidate closing, onboarding activities, and meet or exceed monthly recruitment targets.
Qualifications
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; prior recruitment experience is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills for daily interaction with candidates and hiring managers.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage your own candidate pipeline in a fast-paced environment.
