Customer Service Advisor

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing professional and efficient customer support by handling customer inquiries, resolving concerns, providing accurate information, and ensuring a positive customer experience. You will communicate with customers through appropriate channels, understand their needs, identify solutions, and ensure that all interactions are handled according to company policies and account procedures.

Salary Package: ₱21,000 Total Monthly Package (Inclusive of competitive base pay and monthly allowances)

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries, requests, and concerns professionally while providing accurate information regarding products and services.
• Listen actively to identify customer needs, resolve issues efficiently, and maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy.
• Document customer interactions, concerns, and resolutions accurately in internal systems while following company policies and data protection guidelines.
• Meet established quality, productivity, attendance, and customer satisfaction targets, escalating complex issues when necessary.

Qualifications

• College graduate with or without experience, OR completed 2 years in college with at least 6 months of customer service-related experience.
• Above-average English communication skills, with strong interpersonal, comprehension, and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, alongside willingness to work onsite on a shifting schedule, weekends, and holidays.
