As a Client Support Specialist, you’ll be the trusted partner clients turn to for assistance, providing timely support, addressing concerns, and delivering effective solutions with professionalism and care. You’ll build strong client relationships, handle every interaction with confidence, and ensure a seamless experience that keeps clients satisfied and supported.

Salary Package: Up to ₱31,000 Package

Work Setup:

• Onsite in Davao

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with inquiries, concerns, and requests while providing accurate information and timely solutions.
• Maintain professional and positive client interactions and document concerns accurately.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently and deliver excellent client support and service.

Qualifications

• High School (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate.
• With or without work experience.
• Can communicate effectively in English and willing to work on shifting and graveyard schedules.
