As a Deputy Manager for Operations, you will provide strategic and day-to-day leadership for our Property & Casualty Insurance operations team, ensuring that business objectives, service levels, productivity, quality, and client expectations are consistently achieved.
Salary Package: ₱60,000 – ₱70,000 Package

Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day P&C Insurance operations, managing performance through KPIs, SLAs, productivity, quality, and service metrics.
- Lead, coach, and mentor Assistant Managers, Team Leaders, and operations teams to foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Analyze operational data, identify performance gaps, handle escalations, and implement effective action plans.
- Collaborate closely with Quality, Training, and WFM teams to drive process improvements, resource optimization, and successful business reviews with clients.
Qualifications
- Completed at least 2nd Year College.
- More than 4 years of relevant experience as a Deputy Manager or in a similar senior operations leadership role.
- Strong background in the insurance industry, with specific Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance experience highly preferred.
- Exceptional leadership, people-management, analytical, and communication skills.
