SAP Analyst

As an SAP Analyst within the IT Service Desk, you will provide specialized, high-quality support across various SAP modules and system environments to ensure seamless business operations and prompt issue resolution.

Salary Package: Php 45,000

Work Setup: Hybrid - Quezon City (3 days onsite, 2 days work-from-home)

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized functional and technical support for various SAP modules and enterprise systems within the IT Service Desk.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve SAP-related tickets and user inquiries efficiently to minimize system downtime.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth system updates, user access management, and optimal module performance.

Qualifications

• College Graduate with 1 to 2 years of professional experience in an IT support or SAP environment.
• Extensive hands-on experience and knowledge across key SAP modules, including Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Record-to-Report (R2R), Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), and Financial-to-Strategic/F2S.
• Strong proficiency in SAP Security, BW/GPM, Basis, and related technical tools.
