As a Workday Senior Engineer, you will lead and contribute to Workday functional design, configuration, and deployment across Security and/or Integrations modules, providing expert guidance to stakeholders and driving continuous improvement within the HR solutions delivery roadmap.

Responsibilities
- Lead and contribute to Workday configuration across Security and/or Integrations functional areas, managing delivery from design through deployment.
- Provide subject-matter expertise to guide business stakeholders, project teams, and BAU support teams on optimal Workday solutions.
- Contribute to the HR Solutions delivery roadmap through regular development and release cycles.
- Perform gap analysis, solution design, and stakeholder engagement to influence effective, data-driven decision-making.
- Coach and mentor junior colleagues while collaborating closely with internal teams and third-party suppliers to ensure high-quality delivery.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience with a College Degree.
- Strong Workday HCM expertise, specifically focused within Security and/or Integrations modules.
- Hands-on experience delivering Workday functional design within consulting or in-house Workday technical teams (Workday HCM Certification is highly desirable).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in spoken and written English.
- Experience working in Agile (Scrum) environments with the ability to independently drive work to completion.
