Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain software applications utilizing the Natural Mainframe programming language and Adabas.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and translate them into robust technical specifications.
- Develop and execute comprehensive unit and integration tests to guarantee high software quality and functionality.
- Troubleshoot and debug software issues, delivering timely and effective resolutions.
Qualifications
- Strong educational background in Computer Science or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Natural Mainframe programming.
- Expert proficiency in the Natural Mainframe programming language and hands-on experience with Adabas tables.
- Working experience with Consist or Nat editors, relational databases, and SQL.
- Strong grasp of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), software engineering principles, and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
