As a Workday Core Integrations Consultant, you will design, build, and test robust integration solutions for Workday implementations, collaborating closely with clients, onshore counterparts, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data exchange and adherence to security protocols.

Responsibilities
- Assess integration build estimates and document comprehensive functional and technical specifications.
- Code and build custom integrations using Workday integration tools, calculated fields, and reports.
- Conduct peer reviews, execute unit testing, and resolve issues or defects raised during testing phases.
- Coordinate with other workstreams to manage integration and configuration dependencies, and provide reliable support during Hypercare.
- Adhere strictly to coding standards and data security protocols.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree holder, preferably in IT-related courses.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience and knowledge in XML/XSLT, HCM processes, custom report development, and the Workday Implementation Methodology.
- Experience working directly with clients and onshore counterparts, including handling discovery or design sessions for medium to large-scale projects.
- Proven experience in end-to-end testing across multiple projects.
- Good to have: Workday Integration Core Certification or other specialized certifications such as CCTPP, WD Studio, or CCB.
