As an HR ServiceNow App Engineer, you will support and enhance digital HR workflows within the ServiceNow platform, configuring modules, customizing platform elements, and developing integrations to streamline employee services.
Salary Package: ₱128,000 to ₱131,400
Work Setup: Hybrid - Quezon City
Responsibilities
- Configure and support ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) modules, including Case Management, Knowledge Management, and the Employee Service Portal.
- Customize and enhance the ServiceNow platform using workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and notifications.
- Support portal configuration (widgets, content, and automation) to continuously improve the user experience.
- Develop and manage integrations (REST/SOAP APIs) connecting ServiceNow with other enterprise HR systems (e.g., Workday).
Qualifications
- 4 to 8+ years of overall experience in ServiceNow.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of focused experience in HRSD and HR domain implementations.
- Hands-on technical expertise in ServiceNow HR Service Delivery configuration, workflow design, and platform customization.
