As an HR Service Payroll Delivery Specialist, you will lead and supervise the payroll team to ensure the accurate and timely execution of end-to-end payroll operations, maintaining strict compliance with government regulations and internal financial controls.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process end-to-end payroll accurately and on time, including salary runs, tax computations, and statutory benefits.
• Review payroll calculations, tax submissions, and government contributions (e.g., SSS, Pag-IBIG, BIR) to guarantee total compliance.
• Lead, mentor, and support the payroll team, fostering high performance and effective timeline management.
• Maintain accurate payroll records, implement robust payroll controls and audits, and resolve payroll-related issues promptly.
• Coordinate seamlessly with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree holder.
• At least 5 years of hands-on, end-to-end payroll processing experience.
• At least 3 years of experience leading or supervising a payroll team.
• Strong functional depth in payroll execution, compliance audits, and SAP experience as a working tool.
• Proficiency in MS Excel with exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
