Penetration Testing Lead

As a Penetration Testing Lead, you will act as a subject matter expert and technical leader to develop and implement advanced security testing strategies, evaluate enterprise security postures, and provide critical guidance to team members on identifying and mitigating vulnerabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement advanced security testing strategies to identify vulnerabilities across systems and applications.
• Conduct thorough assessments and penetration tests to evaluate the overall security posture of enterprise environments.
• Lead, collaborate with, and manage the team to ensure high performance and drive critical team decisions.
• Provide robust solutions to complex technical problems for both the immediate team and across multiple cross-functional teams.
• Offer expert guidance and support to team members in addressing security issues and enforcing industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree holder.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Security Penetration Testing.
• Strong understanding of network security protocols, methodologies, vulnerability assessment tools, and techniques.
• Solid knowledge of security frameworks, compliance standards, incident response, and threat intelligence processes.
