As a SailPoint Engineer - Associate Manager, you will design, implement, and enhance SailPoint-based Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions while leading and mentoring team members to deliver strategic identity security initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and enhance SailPoint-based Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions, including access control, identity lifecycle management, and governance processes.
  • Lead and mentor team members, provide technical guidance, drive team performance, and facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and security teams to deliver identity security initiatives and contribute to key project and technical decisions.
  • Assess identity-related risks, recommend security improvements, and monitor/support the resolution of security and access-related incidents.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, technical standards, and operating procedures while promoting identity security best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree holder.
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience with SailPoint.
  • Strong experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and/or SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC), Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), Identity and Access Management (IAM), access certification, provisioning, and role management.
  • Experience implementing enterprise access control and identity management solutions, with a strong understanding of security frameworks, controls, and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and complex problem-solving skills.
