As a Healthcare Representative, you will support members by addressing insurance-related inquiries, explaining benefits and claims information, and delivering outstanding customer service through phone and email in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
- Respond to customer questions via telephone and written correspondence regarding insurance benefits, provider contracts, eligibility, and claims.
- Analyze problems and provide accurate information and effective solutions.
- Operate a PC/image station to obtain, extract, and document information, activities, and account changes in the database.
- Use computerized systems for tracking, information gathering, and troubleshooting.
Qualifications
- High School / Senior High School Graduates with at least 6 months of international BPO experience.
- College Graduates are welcome to apply with or without work experience.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
