Customer Experience Specialist – Telco Account

As a Customer Experience Specialist for a leading telecommunications account, you will assist customers with their telecom service needs, resolve account inquiries, and deliver high-quality support in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: ₱17,100 basic salary

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries and concerns via calls.
• Provide accurate information and effective solutions for telecom-related requests.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain clear and accurate records of customer interactions and account updates.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or Senior High School (K-12) Graduate.
• No experience required! Fresh graduates and entry-level applicants are welcome to apply.
• Good verbal English communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
