Multilingual Customer Service Representative

As a Multilingual CSR, you will provide frontline support to global customers in English and your designated native language (Bahasa, Cantonese, Thai, Vietnamese, or Khmer), handling inquiries and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Salary Range: ₱52,000 – ₱100,000 (includes basic salary and language premium)

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and at least one of the required languages: Bahasa, Cantonese, Thai, Vietnamese, or Khmer.
• At least a High School Graduate or Senior High School Graduate.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Expat candidates are welcome to apply provided they hold a valid work visa and complete employment documents.
• Amenable to working onsite in Fairview, QC on a shifting schedule.
