The Customer Service Associate - UK Financial Account serves as the primary point of contact for international clients, assisting them with banking inquiries, account security, and financial transactions. Operating within the UK timezone, this role focuses on delivering high-quality, professional customer support over the phone while strictly adhering to financial compliance and data privacy standards.

Work Set up:
Onsite - Quezon City

Qualifications:

  • 1 to 2 years US or UK banking/financial account experience in a contact center environment. 

  • Must have experience from the following financial accounts: banking, collections, fraud, underwriting, payouts, or other similar roles.

  • Good problem solving skills with proper and assertive communication

  • Understanding of customer service domain and comfortable in dealing with international customers
