This role requires basic programming knowledge, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. The Associate RPA Developer also supports maintaining existing bots, documenting processes, and troubleshooting issues to enhance overall automation performance.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or any related course
Minimum 2 years of experience in Python and Azure Automation
Proficient in Python, VBA, and Power Automate
Preferred experience with RPA tools such as Automation Anywhere, Azure, Live Person, UiPath, or Blue Prism
Must be amenable to work onsite in BGC, Taguig
Willing to work on a mid-shift schedule
