Undergrads must present school certification or TOR
HS and College Grads must present Diploma and TOR
With at least 1 year of international voice BPO experience (US Healthcare preferred but not required)
Familiarity with HIPAA is a plus
Must be willing to work onsite
Flexible for night shift and shifting schedules
