Qualifications:
Over 5 years as a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) within a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) environment, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
Demonstrated effective leadership abilities and strong influencing skills.
Solid understanding of local labor laws and regulations.
Extensive experience in report analysis, attrition and retention management, and employee engagement strategies.
