Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 to 3 years in the Workforce Management (WFM) domain, with a strong emphasis on Real-Time Adherence (RTA).
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including data cleaning, analysis, and formatting, as well as the creation of customized reports.
Solid working knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform, with a focus on developing dashboards using data storytelling techniques; experience with Power BI is advantageous.
Experience in automation using VBA, SharePoint lists, and other relevant database structures.
