Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in AI/ML
At least 1 year of experience leading a team
Hands-on experience in end-to-end development
Extensive knowledge of ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn
Proven experience in model deployment and production environment monitoring
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and Java
Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle
Ability to troubleshoot and optimize AI/ML solutions
Excellent communication skills
