Qualifications:
Candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree, a high school diploma, or be an undergraduate.
At least 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in Workforce Management (WFM) or Management Information Systems (MIS).
Strong proficiency in Excel, with experience in forecasting and scheduling.
