Day to day operations to include Standard VLAN Changes, standard firewall/ACL changes, resolving trouble tickets, submitting change requests, monitoring circuit and equipment status, and turning up/turning down new client virtual or physical connections, based on business requirements. The candidate chosen for this position would have most or all of the following technical skillsets:
Ability to Develop, Design and Implement best practice network architecture that is highly available, modular, flexible, and scalable and meets organizational requirements for growth, stability and security.
Configure and apply ACLs based on network filtering requirements.
Configure NATs for given network requirements.
Troubleshoot LAN/WAN issues with Cisco and Industry standard protocols.
Configure advanced routing and switching technologies.
Document design specifications, diagrams, installation instructions, and other records.
Work in a highly collaborative team environment to develop high quality solutions and resolve infrastructure outages as quickly as possible.
Develop appropriate Cisco IOS configurations in order to adhere to a detailed network system design.
Remote or on-site support for new call center builds. A passport is required as some global travel will be required to support call center builds.
Ongoing Standardization and Documentation efforts to properly record the current state and standard operating procedures. Good written communication skills are required.
Project based work to further stabilize, improve, and innovate our existing environment.
May perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned and/or required.
Work Setup: Hybrid – Makati (US Time Zone Shift)
Salary: 45,000 - 65,000
