Salary and Perks:
Basic Salary: ₱30,000
Flexible Allowance: ₱1,000
Night Differential: 20%
HMO Coverage: Provided for the employee starting on Day 1; HMO for dependents upon certification.

Annual Salary Increase: Based on performance.
Bonuses: 13th and 14th-month pay.
Sign-On Bonus (SOB): ₱30,000, released after 30 to 45 working days.
Qualifications:
Must be a licensed and active Philippine Registered Nurse (PHRN) with at least one year of hospital experience.
Experience in direct patient care or as a Company/Clinic Nurse (with Certificate of Employment).
Excellent communication skills.
Must be available to start immediately.
