A PHRN Associate is responsible for reviewing and analyzing medical records, ensuring accurate documentation, and maintaining compliance with healthcare standards. The role involves providing support for utilization reviews, data entry, and case management through non-voice communication channels. They collaborate with healthcare providers to streamline processes, assist in claims processing, and ensure quality assurance while delivering efficient and accurate patient care documentation.
Work setup:
Temporary WFH
45 days of onsite training, followed by a temporary work-from-home setup
Site location - MOA Pasay
2 consecutive off | Predominantly weekends off
