Qualifications:
6-7 years of experience in the BPO industry.
2-3 years of experience as an Assistant Manager or Lead Assistant Manager in the workforce management space.
At least 2 years of people management experience.
Proficient in workforce management tools, including Erlang and OCC.
Preferably with a background in insurance campaigns.
Strong preference for candidates with extensive scheduler experience.
