Qualifications:
A minimum of a college-level education or its equivalent.
Proven experience in Quality Assurance (QA), with a strong understanding of QA processes, methodologies, and best practices in monitoring and evaluating performance.
At least one (1) year of experience in a sales environment, with a solid understanding of sales processes, techniques, and customer interactions.
Demonstrated ability to assess, analyze, and improve performance, providing constructive feedback to enhance sales team efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams and leadership.
Detail-oriented, with the ability to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement within sales activities.
