A Collection Specialist is responsible for contacting customers to recover overdue payments, negotiating payment plans, and resolving issues related to delinquent accounts. They maintain accurate records, track payment statuses, and ensure timely debt recovery using various collection techniques.

Basic - 25,000
Allowance - 2,500

Requirements:
Must be at least an HS graduate
Must have at least 6 months BPO voice local/international experience
Preferably someone who has Financial service & Collections experience
Must have excellent English communication skills
Must be willing to work onsite
Must be amenable with shifting schedule
