As a PHRN under an NCLEX program scholarship, you will prepare for the NCLEX-RN by participating in review courses and practice exams, while gaining practical experience through clinical placements. You are expected to maintain high academic standards, engage in professional development through workshops, and adhere to the scholarship's guidelines and reporting requirements. Networking with peers and professionals, upholding ethical standards in all activities, and fulfilling any post-scholarship service obligations are also key responsibilities.

Qualifications:
Must have an active PRC License
Must have 1 year bedside setting experience as a staff nurse
Must be a first-time applicant for NCLEX; no pending process for NCLEX
Must have an own equipment
Must be willing to work onsite if needed/required
Must be willing to commit to a 2-year bond.
