As a Healthcare Representative, you will handle customer inquiries and concerns regarding healthcare services, insurance claims, and benefits. You will provide accurate information, assist with problem resolution, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to navigate healthcare systems efficiently.
Requirements:
Must be at least HS, SHS or College undergraduate with at least 6 months BPO experience or
College graduate with or without BPO experience
Must have excellent communication skills
Must be amenable to shifting schedules and graveyard shifts
Must be willing to work onsite (Taguig or Ortigas)
Salary and Benefits:
Basic salary 19,000 - 22, 000
Allowance - 2,800
12% Night differential
