The Customer Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to policyholders, agents, and other stakeholders by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and processing transactions in a timely and efficient manner.
Qualifications:
College graduates with or without experience or,
2 years in college with at least 1 year BPO experience
Must have excellent communications skills
Must be willing to work onsite (Alabang, Muntinlupa - Dayshift)
Salary and Benefits:
Basic salary - 18,000 - 20,000
Allowance - 2000
10% Night differential
